Wednesday, Hickory Creek Healthcare at 390 West Boulevard in Peru held a Veterans Fundraising event. The proceeds went to the Howard County Veterans Memorial Association and to the Miami County Veterans. Hawg Heaven BBQ served pulled pork and pork tenderloin during the noon hour to help support the veterans.
