Doris M. Kelsey

Doris M. Kelsey, 91, North Manchester, embraced her Lord and Savior on January 25, 2024. The daughter of Daniel A. and Anna Maud (Miller) Fingerle, Doris was born on November 13, 1932, in Flint, Michigan.
Doris had a deep love for people and always did what she could to help others. No matter what was going on in her life, she made time for those she loved. A true servant of Christ, Doris exhibited strong, unwavering faith, which she instilled in her family. Her love for the Lord led her to join Liberty Mills Church of the Brethren.
On July 5, 1951, Doris married the love of her life, Dale E. Kelsey, and for the next sixty-six years the two made many memories together. While Dale was a minister, Doris was the rock of their family, which grew with the addition of their children, Dennis, Danny, David, and Jane.
