NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The North Manchester Police Department is investigating two separate crimes involving the theft of an ATV and the theft of welding equipment, both of which was reported in the later days of March. A tool shed was broken into at Clear Creek Apartments, where a Polaris ATV and a Craftsman chainsaw were stolen. Another report was taken from Strauss Veal, where two welders were taken. Further investigation revealed that the ATV which was stolen from Clear Creek Apartments was used in the theft from Strauss Veal.
