WABASH,IN Due to the rising temperature, the Wabash City Police in cooperation with Wabash City Schools are notifying residents that O.J. Neighbors Cafeteria will be open for the next two days. Anyone that is unable to get out of the heat and needs a place to go will be able to get inside the cafeteria to get a relief from the heat.
