Claude Shannon Ferguson, 81, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 11:42 pm, Monday, March 2, 2020 at Wellbrooke of Wabash. He was born December 21, 1938 in Floyd County, Kentucky to John Emanuel and Alma Mae (Hunter) Ferguson.
Claude was a self employed contractor. He was US Air Force veteran serving in Vietnam, and was a member of the Wabash American Legion Post 15. Claude enjoyed tinkering on cars and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Ferguson of Wabash, four grandchildren, Jeffrey Ferguson, Jessica (Jason) Cole, Ashley Ferguson, and Chad Harding, all of Wabash, 6 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Bernice Jenkins of Phoenix, Arizona, and Julia Conn of Martin, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Leonard and James Ferguson.
There will be services in Kentucky at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
