Clarence Edward Stout, 87, Marion, passed away at 9:26 am on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. He was born in Washington, Kentucky, on Monday, April 1, 1935, to Floyd and Julia (Sartin) Stout. On April 3, 1954, he married his beautiful bride, Emma Jean York, and she survives. They spent 67 wonderful years together.
Clarence graduated from Technical High School (Indianapolis), and he worked at Dana Corp. for 50 years as a machinist. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Jean Stout of Marion; daughter, Krista (Bruce) Bridgewater of Deland, FL; and grandchildren, Garrett Bridgewater of Carmel, Blaine Bridgewater of Deland, FL, and Grayson Bridgewater of Deland, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughters, Julia Nanette Stout and Pamela (Stout) Harvey.
A graveside service for Clarence will take place at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Estates of Serenity.
