Chase Foreman, 24, of Marion, passed away at 8:35 pm on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Wesleyan Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in Marion. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Tuesday, August 11, 1998, to Brian and Teresa (Ervin) Foreman.
Chase graduated from Marion High School and was a courier with IU Health. He enjoyed playing video games, disc golf, and spending time with his friends.
Survivors include his father, Brian Foreman of Marion; sisters, Lynai Foreman of Marion and Rain Foreman of Marion; grandfather, Bill (Debbie) Foreman of Marion; and friend, Arik Scott of Marion.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa D. Foreman, and grandmothers, Kathy Phelps, Rebecca Foreman, and Linda Foreman.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Chase’s life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Delmar Fenwick officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park.
