Brian Lee Goodpaster, 50, Marion, passed away in his home at 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was born in Elwood on September 4, 1968, to James N. and Surandra (Jackson) Goodpaster.
On July 9, 1993, Brian married Debbie Ann Losure and they had four daughters, Rachelle, Shantelle, Misty, and Crystal. He worked throughout his career at Agricor.
Brian enjoyed the outdoors, especially mowing his yard, fishing, and hanging out in his garage. He also loved riding his motorcycle. His family meant the world to him, and he cherished all of their family get-togethers and each moment he could spend with his wife, kids, grandkids, and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Debbie, Marion; daughters, Misty (Derek) Jeske, Elwood, Crystal (Pat) Powell, Fairmount, Shantelle Goodpaster, Marion, and Rachelle Goodpaster, Marion; several grandchildren; siblings, Chip (Sue) Huffman, Anderson, Jeff (Tina) Huffman, Converse, Lisa (Daniel) Reynolds, Linda Moore, Patty Keffer, and Ron Keffer, Anderson; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ruth Painter.
The family will receive visitors from 2 to 3 p.m. with Brian’s funeral service beginning at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. Pastor Ron Forsythe will be officiating the service.
