Bradford Allan Stetler, 86, of Marion, passed away in his home at 6:33 pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. He was born in Van Wert, Ohio, on Monday, June 21, 1937, to Don Stetler and Arabelle (Leight) Pence.
Bradford graduated from Wolf Lake High School. He was a supervisor at RCA before becoming a supervisor at Anaconda until he retired. Bradford loved to golf and run. He loved his Marion Giants basketball and was a season ticket holder. He was a member of the Shriner’s International and was a faithful worker of the Shriner’s circus each year held in Fort Wayne, IN. He loved to travel with his wife, Dixie, and cherished the cruise they took together.
Bradford is survived by his son, Raymond Marks of Marion; daughters, Kelly (Travis) Hicks of Huntington, Wendy (Marty) Louthan of Huntington, Amy (Don) Butler of Huntington, and Kristi (Tim) Hunnicutt of Huntington; son, William “Dru” (Chris Sheppard) Marks of Owenton, KY; 24 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Candy (Greg) Flory; and canine buddy, Rusty.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don Stetler; mother, Arabelle Pence; step-father, Fred Pence; wife, Dixie Stetler; daughter, Tracy (Andy) Okuly; and a grandchild.
At Bradford’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
