WABASH,Indiana — Bash Boutique, the Wabash-based retailer specializing in women’s boutique apparel has announced its plan to coordinate fund raising efforts with the local chapter of the March of Dimes. According to owner Amber Noone, Bash Boutique is donating 10% of its Saturday sales this week to support the March for Babies which takes place Saturday, May 7th beginning at the Pavilion in Paradise Spring Park in Wabash.

While pledge teams are walking to raise funds, Bash Boutique is promoting the March for Babies event by donating a portion of its sales to fund research to find causes of premature birth and ways to prevent it; to support families with a premature baby in newborn intensive care; and to help women have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.

Regarding the March for Babies, Noone explained, “We certainly love children at Bash Boutique—we even have a special play space devoted to kids who visit our store. So, in keeping with our mission to serve others–especially the little ones–we believe it is so imperative for all of us to help sustain the vital work of the March of Dimes, particularly as it endeavors to improve the health and well-being of the youngest and most vulnerable among us.”

Bash Boutique is located at 49 West Market Street in downtown Wabash on the Market Walk across from Veteran’s Plaza. Hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. for those who want to donate to the March for Babies or support Bash Boutique’s in-store fund raising efforts.
