PERU, Ind. – AT&T is now covering more of Peru, Richland Center, and Kewanna with its 4G network.  Customers in these areas can now get faster internet in more places.  AT&T   enhanced four cell towers in Peru, Richland Center, and Kewanna with extra 4G LTE capacity.  This is like adding more lanes to a highway carrying traffic fro a customer’s device to the cell tower, resulting in faster speeds and more reliable service.  The cell towers are located near:
Strawtown Pike & West Warren Street, Peru
Highway 24 and North Broadway Street, Peru
West 700 North & County Road 75 West, Richland Center
State Road 14 & West 50 South, Kewanna
“Our customers are living their lives on the go.  We know they rely on mobile internet every day.  That’s why we’re extending our 4G network for Peru, Richland Center, and Kewanna residents and businesses,” said Bill Soards, president of AT&T  Indiana.  “We want to help them get the most out of their mobile devices-whether they’re watching videos, texting, or using social media.”   Earlier this year we launched 4G LTE on cell towers in Erie and Fulton.  The upgrade helps customers get the most out of their devices.  We also added capacity, resulting in faster speeds and more reliable service, to a cell tower in Rochester.   AT&T has invested nearly $2 billion in its wireless and wired networks in Indiana between 2013 through 2015, driving a wide range of upgrades to reliability, coverage, speed, and performance for residents and business customers.   We constantly invest in our network to give customers the high-quality services they need to stay connected.  This helps Indiana residents g;et the best possible experience over the AT&T network, whether at home, at work or on the go.
