MARION,Indiana — A festival of speed is coming to Marion, bringing back high horsepower racing at the Indy Airstrip Attack to Marion Municipal Airport on Aug. 6 & 7.
The big event called, “West Coast Meets East Coast in the Midwest”. Prior to this event, Shift-S3ctor events have been run west of the Rockies but now they are coming to Marion. Shift-S3ctor is a California-based automotive event organizer specializing in high horsepower racing.
Jay Berry, owner of Central Indiana Ethanol and the developer of Ignite Racing Fuel is joining with Shift-S3ctor to bring the high horsepower racing to the Marion Municipal Airport Aug 6-7.
If you enjoy fast cars of all types or you want to race yourself don’t miss this event. They are anticipating 90 to 100 cars to register for both Saturday and Sunday. Don’t miss it.
