Agatha White, 77, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 3:54 pm, Monday, October 1, 2018 at Parkview Wabash Hospital. She was born April 19, 1941 in Cawood, Kentucky to Henry Osborne and Bertha May (Vaughn) Osborne Lewis.
Agatha first married Creed Branson and he preceded her in death. She then married Wendell G. White Jr. and he died March 20, 2012. She attended the Church of God Worship Center in Wabash. Agatha enjoyed reading, sewing, playing games, and family get-togethers.
She is survived by two sons, Creed (Karen) Branson, Jr. of South Pasadena, Florida, and Wayne Branson of Wabash; grandson, Creed “BJ” (Rachel) Branson III of Bradenton, Florida; five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Evan, Logan, Luke, and Hannah Branson of Bradenton, Florida; brothers and sisters, Rev. Charles (Ann) Osborne and Henrietta (John) Powell, both of Wabash, Albert (Joann) Lewis, Tom (Mabel) Lewis, and Sandy Duncan, all of Niagara Falls, New York. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am Friday, October 5, 2018 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Rev. Charles Osborne officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 9:30 – 10:30 am Friday, at the funeral home.
