Patricia “Patty” Ann Barnett, 61, Marion, died at 11:15 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016, at Marion General Hospital. She was born in Marion, Indiana, to the late William and Wanda (Rice) Eads. She married Randall Barnett on August 17, 1977, and he survives.
Patty enjoyed spending time with her family. Some of her hobbies included fishing, flying remote control planes, and playing BINGO.
Survivors include her husband, Randall; children, Angel (Markus) Hellwig, Marion, and Michael T. (Jennifer) Stone, Gas City; grandchildren, Tabetha and Elizabeth Stone; and siblings, Brenda (Glenn) Smith, Tennessee, Marsha (Noah Timmons) Newell, Marion, Arnold (Sandra) Eads, Fairmount, and Janice (Donnie) Stodghill, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristina Ann Barnett.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Hillside Wesleyan Church, 2510 S. Home Ave., Marion, with Rev. Gary Bingham officiating.
