Kevin Lee Lomely, II, 21, Fort Wayne, died at 5:46 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2016 in his home. He was born in Hartford City, IN, to Amy Beth (Tipton) Tonne. Kevin was a gift to all who knew him. He is finally able to rest after a lifelong struggle with cerebral palsy.
Kevin will be greatly missed by his mother, Amy; brothers, Joey Lomely, Detroit, MI, and Jake (fiancé, Sabrina Wilpers) Lomely, Fort Wayne; aunt, Angela Tipton, Marion; uncles, William Tipton, Kokomo, and Homer Tipton, Jr., Irwin, TN; grandmother, Ora Lee Tipton, Marion; and cousins, Joseph (Kathy) Tipton, Matthew Tipton, Lacy Tipton, William David Tipton, Bailey Tipton, Wyatt Tipton, and Sage Tipton.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Homer Tipton, Sr., and uncle, Michael Tipton.
Friends and family may call from 4-5 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN. Funeral services will begin at 5 p.m. with Rev. Mick Simpkins officiating.
