Jeffrey “Mark” Wilson, 56, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at his Gas City residence.
Mark was born on May 30, 1960 in Marion, IN to the late Frank Wilson Sr. and the late Carolyn Joan (Baker) Wilson. Mark was a 1979 graduate of Mississinewa High School and had been a forklift driver at Amcast. He enjoyed riding his 1973 Harley Davidson, collecting M&M memorabilia, and hanging out with his grandchildren and being with his friends and family playing euchre and sitting around the campfire.
Mark is survived by his wife of 33 years, Reta J. (Abrams) Wilson, daughter, Virginia J. Wilson, Gas city, Son Jeremy L. (Amanda) Lambert, Marion, IN, 2 sisters; Ruthann Wilson McCarthy, Wellsville, NY and Carol Joan (Terry) Jones of Jonesboro, IN and brother, Steve R. (Denise) Wilson of Wabash, IN. and 5 grandchildren; Skyla and Hunter Abrams, Madisyn Mitchell, and Jordyn and Jaxon Lambert, and many special friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank Wilson, Jr.and his canine companion Anakin Sky Walker.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 12-2 PM with a funeral service following at 2 PM with Christian Pollock officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Riverside Cemetery.
