WABASH – Robert Caludio, age 37, from Wabash, Indiana was convicted on October 5, 2016 in the Wabash Circuit Court following a two day jury trial. The jury found Mr. Claudio guilty of Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, a Level 5 Felony. Following the jury’s verdict, Mr. Claudio admitted to being a habitual offender and the case has been set for sentencing on October 31, 2016.
The allegations in the case were that on August 12, 2015, Mr. Claudio sold heroin to a confidential informant at a residence located on Bent Street in Wabash, Indiana. The case was investigated by the Wabash County Drug Task Force.
Wabash County Prosecutor William C. Hartley, Jr. represented the State of Indiana and the Defendant was represented by Attorney Kristina Lynn.
