WABASH -Members of the Wabash Elks Lodge gathered at O.J. Neighbours Elementary School on Wednesday morning to help the youngsters celebrate Red Ribbon Week. They were joined by Elroy the Elk and local officials including (from left) Parkview Wabash Hospital Police Officer Paul Karst, Wabash Fire Chief Barry Stroup, Mayor Scott Long, Wabash Police Chief Matt Bruss, Wabash County Sheriff Bob Land and Circuit Court Judge Robert McCallen III.
