WABASH COUNTY, IN – Visit Wabash County is eager to announce the return of the Pet Photo Costume Contest to run exclusively on the Visit Wabash County Facebook page.
Entries will be accepted from October 17 through October 24. All entries are to be submitted on the Visit Wabash County Facebook page official entry post. Entries must be a new costume from last year’s contest. The public will have from October 17 to 24 to vote for their favorite pet photo by “liking” the picture of that pet. The top four pets will make it to the final round to determine the winner. The final round of votes will run from October 27 to the 29 for the public to decide who wins and the winner will be announced on Halloween on Facebook.
“This campaign is a fun way for people to showcase their lovely pets,” said Biz Bishop, content manager for Visit Wabash County. “J&K’s Mega Pet partnered with us last year and will partner with us again this year.”
The guidelines for the entries are as follows; entries must be a new costume this year, and only one entry per animal is allowed. Entering is as simple as commenting a picture of your pet on the official Facebook post. Any kind of pet is allowed so be sure to decorate your fish tank, ferret cage, or dress your furry friend in a costume.
The prize is a $50 gift card to J&K Mega’s Pet. J&K has a full section of costumes available at their store so check them out today.
