Upcoming Mexico Road Work

road-work
Tuesday, November 1st, Mexico residents: your street or road will be sealed with Biorestor, Bio-Based Asphalt Sealant and Rejuvenator.  The street or road will be closed for approximated 1 to 2 hours.  Residents need to remove all vehicles parked on or near the pavement between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Rain or equipment problems may delay the work until the following business day.  Studies have shown that it is expensive to preserve asphalt pavement than to allow it to break apart until it needs repaired or replaced.  It is clear that the most effective way to spend our tax dollars is to make this road last as long as possible by applying preventive maintenance treatments in a timely manner.  BIORESTOR composition and odor is formulated using agricultural oils, the same ones we consume as food.  The odor is safe and less offensive than the odor of asphalt oil, cutback oils, and other paving materials currently in use.  It is inherently safer than inhaling any petroleum-based paving material due to its formulation, cure time, and penetrating characteristics.  An average mile of new asphalt road requires approximately 100,000 gallons of petroleum to build in both materials and equipment.    As it ages, 6-12 years, and becomes rough and uneven, it will require an additional 40,000 to 50,000 gallons of petroleum and liquid asphalt.  By applying BIORESTOR bio-based sealant, it will slow down the oxidation and the resulting damage, making the road last substantially longer.   SAVING PETROLEUM, SAVING MONEY, SAVING THE ENVIRONMENT,  FOR OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.
