PERU, IN- The Peru Police Department is mourning the loss of retired Peru Police Department Officer, and former two-time Mayor of Peru, Dick Blair. Officer Blair passed away Saturday, December 7th, at approximately 4:30am.
Officer Blair served the citizens of Peru from February 1, 1963 through July 5, 1984.
We at the Peru Police Department ask that you keep the family of Dick Blair in your thoughts and prayers.
