Peru Community Schools met in regular session of the board of school trustees at Keyes Academy Monday evening. Kristy Eddy gave a report on how Keyes Academy is doing and 20 seniors graduated last year with a total of 113 students having graduated from Keyes Academy over the last 4 years. The four principals came to the board to give what they have added to the PL-221 Plans.

School Board approved the trip to Barcelona and to Madrid where 10 to 12 students will be traveling with Peru Spanish Teachers Mrs. Yates and Mr. Clark in June of 2017. Peru School Board renewed the agreement with IU-Kokomo for the 2016-17 school year. The Board approved the Alliance Security Agreement for all five schools. The Board amended the 2016-2017 school calendar to implement the E-Learning Day in the 2016-2017 calendar. The trail day is Wednesday, October 26th for Peru E-Learning Day.
