PERU, IN- On Tuesday morning Miami County officials and factory employees gathered to conduct a ground breaking ceremony to welcome the expansion of Heraeus Electro-Nite’s company site in Peru. Since the factory’s arrival to the community in 1989 it has continued to show growth and now with the 100,000 square foot addition it will bring even more jobs to Peru after receiving the approval from their headquarters in Germany.
