The JEAN Team Drug Task Force has arrested Albert Lee Beeks Jr., 54-year-old
male, Andrew Wayne Smith, 40-year-old male, and Christina Felton, 40-year-old
female. The JEAN Team Drug Task force, Jonesboro Police Department, Marion
Police Department, Indiana State Police and Marion Emergency Response Team
while serving a search warrant at 1109 W. 6th St. located the three along with over
45 grams of Heroin, over 6 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, Multiple
Controlled Substances, multiple Legend Drugs, Paraphernalia, Syringes, and items
used in the distribution and use of illegal substances.
Albert Lee Beeks Jr was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with
intent to deliver a Level 2 Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent
Felon a Level 4 Felony, Visiting a Common Nuisance a Class B Misdemeanor.
Beeks was also arrested on an active Arrest warrant for Possession of a Firearm by
a Serious Violent Felon a Level 4 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine a Level
6 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance a Level 6 Felony, Unlawful Possession
of Syringe Level 6 Felony, Possession of Paraphernalia a Class C Misdemeanor
stemming from a search warrant on 12/22/2020.
Beeks is currently out on bond for Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to
deliver a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with intent to
deliver a Level 2 Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance a Level 6 Felony,
Possession of a Legend Drug a Level 6 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance a
Level 6 Felony, Unlawful Possession of Syringe a Level 6 Felony, Possession of
Paraphernalia a Class C Misdemeanor stemming from a search warrant on August
12th, 2020.
Both Christine Felton and Andrew Smith who reside at 1109 W. 6th St. were both
arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine a Level 6 Felony, Unlawful
Possession of Syringe a Level 6 Felony, Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug a
Level 6 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance a Level 6 Felony, Possession of
Paraphernalia a Class C Misdemeanor.
