Honeywell Arts & Entertainment announces seven new performances

WABASH, IN – Honeywell Arts & Entertainment adds seven shows to its lineup at the Honeywell Center and the Eagles Theatre. Tickets go on sale Friday, August 25, at 10 a.m. and will be available online at honeywellarts.org or by calling the Honeywell Box Office at 260.563.1102.

The Songwriters Sing with Steve Seskin and Friends – Tues., Oct. 3 at 7:00 p.m. at the Eagles Theatre
Steve Seskin is a successful songwriter who has written seven number-one songs, including GRAMMY-nominated “Grown Men Don’t Cry,” recorded by Tim McGraw , and “Don’t Laugh at Me,” winner of NSAI Song of the Year and Music Row Magazine Song of the Year as recorded by Mark Wills. Seskin and friends will combine forces for an evening of their top hits and the stories behind them. Most seats are $5 and $12, with limited seating available on the main floor for $20. Suite level balcony seating is $20 and includes upper-level balcony seating, a special entrance to the building, and access to a private bar and restrooms located on the suite level. 

Fort Wayne Philharmonic: Holiday Pops – Tues., Dec. 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Take a journey through the winter wonderlands and traditional Christmases of bygone days right up to the present in an entertaining concert of traditional and contemporary favorites. All seats are $20. This show is sponsored by Josiah White’s, with associate sponsorship provided by Friends Counseling Center.

ARRIVAL From Sweden: The Music of ABBA – Fri., Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Experience the Swedish group ABBA’s timeless hits with ARRIVAL from Sweden – The Music of ABBA – the world’s greatest ABBA show. With 30 years of global success, this 10-12-piece band delivers an unforgettable live show of hits like “Dancing Queen,” “Mamma Mia,” and “Waterloo” with astonishing accuracy and dazzling costumes. Lou Gramm – Sat., Feb. 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center

Gramm’s unique vocals and hit songs placed Foreigner among Billboard’s Top Artists of all time, powering hits like “I Want to Know What Love Is,” “Double Vision,” “Cold As Ice,” “Juke Box Hero,” “Hot Blooded,” “Urgent,” plus Lou’s Top 10 solo hit “Midnight Blue,” and more. Gramm’s soulful performances and timeless songs continue to captivate audiences worldwide through his remarkable career that forever shaped the landscape of rock ‘n’ roll. Wayne Newton – Up Close and Personal – Thurs., April 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Wayne Newton is a living legend and Las Vegas icon with an illustrious career spanning music and acting. Newton’s remarkable journey defines the city’s entertainment legacy from chart-topping hits like “Danke Schoen” and “Daddy, Don’t You Walk So Fast” to captivating audiences in over 25,000 Las Vegas shows. His patriotic dedication, honored by multiple USO tours and recognition from Presidents, reflects his heart and soul. Experience the captivating energy and enduring charisma of “Mr. Las Vegas” – a true entertainment trailblazer. Most seats are $49 and $59, with limited seating available for $99 and $129.

Mutts Gone Nuts – Sat., April 20 at 3:00 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Imagine eight of the world’s most talented 4-legged performers in an uproariously funny, comedy dog spectacular that leaves audiences everywhere howling for more. The all-star lineup includes a two-time world champion frisbee dog, a hilarious six-pound Pomeranian Pikachu mix, and a host of rescued dogs that will dance, prance, flip, and skip their way right into your heart. Deemed “A must see!” by the
Washington Post, Mutts Gone Nuts is sure to win “Best in Show!” Most seats are $15 and $25, with limited seating available for $35. Associate sponsorship for this show is provided by Wabash Veterinary Hospital.

Alice – Dreaming of Wonderland – Sat., April 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Get ready to experience an amazing journey in the crazy world of Wonderland! Based on the classic by Lewis Carroll, the show is an action-packed theatrical circus full of surprises, amazing acts, video projection with 3-D mapping, and live music. Featuring an international cast of veteran performers from across Europe and North America, the show amazes audiences with acrobats, a 3-member hand-to-hand
balancing act, a one-man band, and a new art form creating original creations with smoke and bubbles. Follow the White Rabbit, pass through the keyhole, and join us at the Tea Party. Remember that you don’t need to look for meaning; after all, “we’re all mad here!” Most seats are $25 and $35, with limited seating available for $65.
