PERU, Ind. – Winners of the 2017 Miss Circus City Pageant have been announced. Emilee Isley won Circus City Princess, Circus City Jr. Queen is Elsie Walters, and our 2017 Miss Circus City is Kayla Meeks. Here is Kayla with her thoughts on being crowned:
