WABASH – On the early morning of October 24, 2021, shortly after 1:00 am a battery resulting in serious bodily injury occurred on South Wabash Street next to Smitty’s Bar. Surveillance video shows that a witness in a dark colored four-door truck stopped and rendered aid to the victim. The witness then left northbound on Wabash Street.
