Wabash Marketplace, Inc. Announces June First Friday Wabash Details

Wabash, Ind. –Organized by Wabash Marketplace, Inc. and with increased support thanks to the addition of several new event sponsors, we are excited to tell you about June First Friday Wabash. Brought to you by Platinum Sponsor Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre, First Friday encourages the community to celebrate in downtown Wabash with this month’s theme “Arts Alive” from 5-8 p.m. Friday, June 1st.

You will find many shopping and food options, music, and kids’ activities! Featured this month will be artisans and non-profits on Miami Street, including the annual Paint the Plows event with the City of Wabash Plows. The Peru Amateur Circus will also be out and about. First Friday participants should travel to each of the featured businesses to find a fact about that business or building. Write that fact down on the guide. These guides can be picked up at The Welcome Center and Modoc’s Market. Once the guide is full, you can drop it off at any of the featured locations. You will then be entered to win the First Friday Basket loaded with so many local goodies! Featured businesses include Eclectic Shoppe, Visit Wabash County, Beacon Credit Union on Trolley #85, Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre located on Miami Street, and Wabash Presbyterian Church.Sponsored by Beacon Credit Union and fuel supplied by J.M. Reynolds Oil Co., Inc., Trolley No. 85 will be making the rounds with treats for the riders.
