WABASH COUNTY, Ind. – The Wabash County Christmas Spirit registrations are now being accepted through November 1, 2016 for Tag Sites; however the hard deadline is Sunday, November 27, 2016 for the 2016 Christmas season.
If your family is in need of assistance for the 2016 Christmas Season, please register at www.wabashcountychristmasspirit.com/registration, registration is only on-line. DUE DATE is November 1st for all Tag Site Registrations. Any registrations received after November 1st will be shopped for by the WCCS committee and its volunteers. Please note that if you’re register with more than one program for Christmas assistance, your name will be removed from our program in order to allow assistance for other families in need. The WCCS accepts names of children ranging in age from new born to 17 years of age and who are still in high school.
Volunteer will be needed starting Monday, November 28 at our Volunteer Center is at the Phi Delts building located at 242 S Huntington St, Wabash, In. It’s the yellow building next to Family Video. We’ll need help with shopping, sorting, filling tag request, and bundling families. If you are part of an organization and wish to help volunteer, please contact the WCCS at 260-571-4123 to set a date and time to participate.
Donations of new clothing and toys for all ages are always needed. Please feel free to drop off these items at the YMCA or First Farmers Bank and Trust. We always need the communities help with filling Children Tags. Many of our local church organizations will have Tags to be filled starting Sunday, November 6th along with the following community organizations:

- Wellbrooke
- Parkview Wabash Hospital
- Crossroads Bank
- Big R
- Beacon Credit Union- Wedcor Ave.
- Wabash County YMCA
- Wabash County Convention & Visitor’s Bureau
- Autumn Ridge
Monetary donations are always needed. If you or your origination would like to make a financial contribution please make checks payable to Wabash County Christmas Spirit. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 596, Wabash, In 46992 or dropped off at First Farmers Bank and Trust.
Our registration form gives families the option to pick up their packages Friday, Dec. 09, 2016 in person during evening hours. We will also be delivering all other packages to the addresses provided by recipient on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 by volunteers. Volunteers are needed for Delivery Day. Delivery starts at 9 A.M., donuts, juice and coffee provided for all Volunteers.
