Wabash County Broadband Task Force seeking assistance for data

WABASH COUNTY, IN- The Wabash County Broadband Task Force is working to connect every Wabash County resident and business to a reliable internet connection. The Task Force is seeking assistance in collecting real-time data of where they can improve internet service in the community.

This data will allow them to identify the areas of greatest need and to maximize broadband funding opportunities. Please submit data through the “Speed Test” and challenge the “FCC Broadband Map” to verify coverage at your home or business is correct.

They encourage residents and businesses that lack broadband internet access to also apply to the Indiana Connectivity Program. The program allows internet service providers to bid on your home/business to assist in the expense of extending broadband to your location.
