INDIANAPOLIS,Indiana – This week is National Work Zone Awareness Week across the nation. Every year dozens of crashes occur in work zones across Indiana resulting in death and injury to workers and drivers alike. All this week Troopers are keeping a close eye on drivers in work zones using both marked and unmarked patrol vehicles to target aggressive drivers who are speeding, following too closely, changing lanes improperly and disobeying traffic laws.
