NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – On Tuesday, November 29, 2017 at 4:08pm, Officer Parker Stouffer with the North Manchester Police Department made a traffic stop at State Road 13 and Beckley Street in North Manchester. The vehicle was being driven by Don Cantrell of Wabash, Ind. Passengers in the vehicle were Brandon Evans of Westville, Ind. and Audra Eckman of Fort Wayne, Ind. Sgt. Nate Birch and Canine Strider assisted at the traffic stop and Strider alerted on drugs in the vehicle. Audra Eckman was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe, and possession of marijuana. Audra Eckman also had a warrant for her out of Elkhart County for identity theft.
