“The Presbyterian School” to become “The Montessori School at WPC”

The Presbyterian School has served the Wabash community for over 60 years! Within the last
year, it has fully transformed into an authentic, Montessori environment. The Montessori Method
is a child-centered, educational approach that allows them to work at their own pace, provides
meaningful work activities, and builds self-confidence and care of the community.
This year, the school decided to change their name to “The Montessori School at WPC” to
honor the past and future of our school. WPC stands for “Wabash Presbyterian Church,” both
the current home and the founding organization of “The Presbyterian School”.
We are currently enrolling for Summer Semester (July 1st to July 31st) and School Session
