Preschool and Kindergarten Enrollment Information for L.H. Carpenter Early Learning Center.

Wabash City Schools is enrolling students for preschool and Kindergarten for the 2021-22 School year. There
are 3 ways you can fill out the online registration form.

1. Go on the Wabash City School’s website to fill out the online registration for both
   preschool and kindergarten.
2. Find the registration link on our social media Facebook page (L.H. Carpenter Early
   Learning Center and Twitter L.H. Carpenter Early Learning
   Center@WCSYoungLearner
3. You may also call the school at 274-0333 and they will take your information over the
   phone.

We are accepting

1. Preschool students that are ages 3 or 4 by August 1, 2021. We have added a typical 3
   year old preschool class. It is a half day, 4 days a week. You may choose between
   AM or PM. It will be on a first come first serve basis for the morning or afternoon
   sessions,
2. We also are accepting students entering Kindergarten that will be 5 years old by
   August 1st.
   All students will need the following:
3. Birth certificate
4. Immunization records
5. Physical form

You may upload some of the documents online when you register or drop them off at the school. If you drop
them off, we will also give you a tour of the school.

We will be conducting a Kindergarten Round Up Clinic on April 14th at L.H. Carpenter from 10:00
AM-1:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. If your child needs a vision check up, dental check up, or are
missing any immunizations, you will need to attend the clinic.
