PERU, IN- Following the Indiana Department of Health guidelines for social distancing to minimize potential Customer to Customer exposure of the COVID-19 virus, Peru Utilities has temporarily closed our Customer Service Entrance. The drive-through will remain open during normal business hours.
Payments can be made the following way:
• Mail the payment to PO Box 67, Peru, IN 46970.• Drop your payment off in the night deposit box located by the drive-up window.• Pay at their drive-up window• Call 765 473-6681 and speak with their Customer Service Representatives 8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday to pay with Visa or Mastercard. Peru Utilities does not charge for this service.• Call 765 473-6681 and pay with their Automated Payment Center available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by using a Visa or Mastercard. Peru Utilities does not charge for this service.• Pay your bill online at www.peruutilities.com.

• You may call 765 473-6681 Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
To transfer or Start Service:
• Peru Utilities will take your information over the phone and complete a contract with you.• This contract can be emailed or faxed to you.• The contract needs to be signed, dated, and returned to us either by email, mail, night deposit, or through the drive-up window. Required documents and deposits, if applicable, must be returned before services transferred or turned on.• If the above options can not be completed, please call, and they will schedule an appointment for this type of transaction only. Appointments will be 30 minutes apart to protect their customers. Please ask for the scheduler.
