KOKOMO, Ind. – Kokomo Police Department Maj. Brian Seldon confirmed a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed this morning. The accident happened at the intersection of Indiana 931 and Markland Avenue. Southbound traffic on Indiana 931 near the accident site is being temporarily diverted. Investigators were still on the scene as of 7:30AM. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
