NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – On Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 9:22pm Officer Isaac Adams initiated a routine traffic stop in the area of SR 114 and Strauss Provimi Road. Sgt. Nate Birch assisted with the stop and had K9 Strider perform a free air sniff search around the vehicle. K9 Strider alerted Sgt. Birch of illegal drugs in the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle Eric L. Clark, 19 and Dwight D France, both of North Manchester were arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
On Sunday, Aril 23, 2017 at 1:37pm North manchester Dispatch received a call of a burglary in progress in the 300 block of S. Maple. Upon arrival, Sgt. Nate Birch and Officer Isaac Adams found where the occupants had the suspect detained. Andrew M. Tolson, 25, North manchester was arrested for residential entry, battery, and criminal mischief.
