NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Kelly Ratliff, age 45, from North Manchester, Indiana, was convicted on November 1, 2017, in the Wabash Circuit Court following a two day jury trial. The jury found Mr. Ratliff guilty of Domestic Battery and the Court entered judgement of conviction as a Level 6 Felony. The case has been set for sentencing on December 1, 2017.
The allegations in the case were that during the early morning hours of July 12, 2016, Kelly Ratliff battered his 14 year old son on Mill Street in North Manchester, Indiana. The case was investigated by Chief James Kirk of the North Manchester Police Department.
Wabash County Prosecutor William C. Hartley, Jr. represented the State of Indiana and the Defendant was represented by Attorney Kristina Lynn of Wabash.
