(Wabash County, IN)- On June 28, 2018 at approximately 10:00 p.m. the Indiana State Police in Peru was notified by the Wabash County Sheriff Department of a deconmposing body found by a fisherman on Department of Natural Resources Property near CR 450 W and Old Slocum Trail in Wabash County.
Through investigation by State Police investigators, the body was identified as 20 year old Alexis Serrano of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Serrano had been reported missing to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department by family members on June 6, 2018. According family members, Mr. Serrano had not been seen or heard from since June 2, 2018.
