Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm, Indiana State Representative Bill Friend will announce this year’s Queen and King for 2016 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Peru. Voting was completed last Friday as voting jars were placed around the city of Peru. All the proceeds will go to Miami County Helping Hands. Tammy Everroad, Director of Life Enrichment, with more.
This is the 41st year for the Queen and the 13th year for the King. There will also be a Drawing Door Prize and a Bake Sale at the contest. Everyone is invited to attend the Sweet Heart Queen and King Contest at Miller’s Merry Manor, located at 317 Blair Pike in Peru, at 2:00 pm for all the fun and activities.
