WABASH, Ind. – The Wabash County Historical Museum is pleased to announce a new partnership with Midwest Eye Consultants of Wabash. Midwest Eye Consultants has generously agreed to sponsor the Museum’s monthly Family Fun Night. Family Fun Nights at the Museum are held in conjunction with the First Friday activities held in downtown Wabash each month from 4 to 8 p.m. and offers free admission.

Traditionally, Family Fun Nights have been completely free for the public and to continue offering the event at no cost to families, Midwest Eye has agreed to step in and partner with Museum with the goal of improving the quality of activities and reaching more families from Wabash County. “We are so pleased to have Midwest Eye partnering with us so we can offer these events free to the community for another year; we appreciate their commitment to families and local education in Wabash,” said Executive Director, Mitch Figert.

Family Fun Night offers a variety of themed activities for families to enjoy. Friday, October 7th will be the next opportunity for the community to experience Family Fun Night at the Museum with a harvest-themed evening. Families and children can expect do-it-yourself crafts led by Erica Tyson, hay rides, fainting goats, food by The Wagyu Wagon and pumpkins, gourds and mums for sale by White’s Residential and Family Services Greenhouse.

The Wabash County Historical Museum is located at 36 E Market Street in downtown Wabash.
