MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. – In preparation for Miami County students returning to school, the 8th annual Back to School Festival is once again being held at the circus building this Saturday, July 29th. From 2-5pm students can receive school supplies and haircuts free of charge. The first 600 students to attend will receive a free backpack. Food, games, a bouncy house, and more will also be part of the festival as well as entertainment from Silly Safaris.
