MIAMI COUNTY, IN- The new Miami County YMCA is nearing completion. The total cost of the project is $16.7 million, not including furnishings for the clinic. They have all but $700,000 of the direct costs of construction and furnishing committed, not including financing while longer term pledges are fulfilled. The $2.5 million match from the Dukes Health Care Foundation has been met; however, inspired by the community’s response, several other donors committed an additional $250,000 to be matched, so any pledge made will be doubled while match dollars last.
