MIAMI COUNTY, IN: A man suspected of committing a robbery in Miami County was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a vehicle and foot chase in Kokomo. The Indiana State Police are handling the investigation in Miami County, while Kokomo Police requested charges of resisting police with a vehicle, resisting police on foot, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and reckless driving. More charges may be filed, said Police Capt. Tonda Cockrell. Jarvis was also served three Howard County warrants alleging fraud.
