MARION,Indiana – Tyler Lisby was in court Friday and pled guilty in connection with a hit-and-run death last year. Lisby pled guilty to hitting Marla Turner in the Marsh Supermarket parking lot on April 13th of last year and then leaving the scene. He was under the influence at the time and pled to two charges which could get him up to 16 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Because he pled guilty he will not go to trial. Marla Turner lay in a coma from the night she was struck in April until she died from the injuries on July 5th of last year.
