ISOA Announces Symphony in Color Awards

The Wabash Unit of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Association announces plans for the
return of student artwork that was sent to Indianapolis for judging in the state competition of Symphony
in Color. The six students from each school would have normally been honored in a reception at
Honeywell Center in May, but because of COVID 19 this was not possible this year. The artwork has
been returned from Indianapolis and is now ready for distribution. Parents and/or students may come
to Wabash City Park on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon to pick up the entries and get
the certificates, ribbons and a small gift from the local organization for the participants. Distribution site
is planned for the pavilion, but if it is already occupied that day, look for the blue Symphony in Color sign
to find representatives. We will be somewhere in that general vicinity.
