HUNTINGTON,Indiana — A Huntington man pleaded guilty to Sexual Battery after inappropriately touching a woman while she was sleeping. Twenty-five-year-old Daniel Boyer pleaded guilty to the Level 6 felony in his appearance in the Huntington County Circuit Court. After working out the plea with the court, Boyer will spend a year and a half in jail, have one year of probation, resister as a sex offender for 10 years and be evaluated by Family Services and follow recommended treatment. Sentencing is scheduled for March 28th at 9 am in the Huntington County Circuit Court.
