Honeywell Arts & Entertainment receives grant funding from Indiana Arts Commission

WABASH, IN – Honeywell Arts & Entertainment received $18,000 in grant funding from the Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) through the Arts Organization Support grant program. Funding for the Indiana Arts Commission and its programs is provided by the Indiana General Assembly and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
Over 480 applications were reviewed by 146 panelists from around the state and country with expertise in the arts, community development, and nonprofit management. The IAC awarded grants to 248 Indiana nonprofits from 92 counties.
“The projects and organizations selected to receive funding are strengthening our state,” said Anne Penny Valentine, Chair of the Indiana Arts Commission. “The Commission is excited and honored to invest in Hoosier communities, supporting organizations that are doing exceptional creative work to make Indiana a great place to live, work, play, study, and stay.”
Honeywell Arts & Entertainment exhibits increasing reach through programs, services, and live entertainment that enrich the lives of thousands in Wabash and across the region. The organization also offers a range of arts and enrichment programs, including Summer Theater Camp, Summer Art Camp, visual art exhibits and competitions, and music lessons.
