Three Historic Preservation Awards were presented Monday night, Sept. 12, during the Wabash City Council meeting.
Laura Stevens, owner of Market Street Square in downtown Wabash, received the award for commercial buildings, while The Access Youth Center received the award for non-profit agencies. The residential award was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Howard Kaler for their home on North Wabash Street.
Mayor Scott Long, Historic Preservation Committee president Susan Stewart and committee member Mitch Figert presented the awards during the event.
