Grow Wabash County welcomes Southwood intern, Skyler Claussen

Wabash County, IN (Jan. 19, 2021) – Grow Wabash County would like to welcome Southwood
Jr. – Sr. High School student, Skyler Claussen, as the organization’s newest intern.
Skyler is currently a senior at Southwood and considers himself a “numbers guy.” He enjoys
working with data and statistics and has plans to expand his knowledge on these subjects at
Purdue University in the fall where he intends to major in Actuarial/Data Sciences.
At Southwood, Skyler is also part of the National Honors Society, the school’s pep band as well
as the Wabash Community Band where he plays the bass clarinet.
During his internship at Grow Wabash County, Skyler’s love of numbers and data will be put to
good use. Many of his projects will help the organization develop metric tracking systems,
create the 2020 Annual Report and maintain databases that are crucial to Grow Wabash
County business development efforts.
